The customer independently removed the partitions separating the kitchen, living room and hallway, after which he turned to the designer for help in decorating the resulting single space.

The modern style became the basis of the aesthetic concept. However, the owner also wanted to add loft elements. They have been incorporated into the interior in the form of dark metal details and concrete textures.

  • total area: 57 m2
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • A place: Kazan
  • Who lives here: bachelor
  • Budget: 1.5 million rubles
  • Designer: Ekaterina Sannikova (Scandinavi)
The color range consisted mainly of neutral shades - white, gray, black. The accents were made unobtrusive, slightly diversifying the space with a gray-green color.

Living room

Cushion covers in the seating area have slightly refreshed the tone-neutral interior with a gray-green accent. Opposite the sofa, they placed a TV structure with a metal and wood-like MDF rack. The wall was decorated with decorative plaster for concrete.

To the left of the TV set a compact workplace. It was zoned with a small glass partition.

Kitchen

A laconic headset was built in a united front. To accommodate everything you need with a margin, we used two groups of upper cabinets. At the same time, due to the color, the kitchen does not look bulky.

The dining table was picked up with a dark metal support that entered into dialogue with the shelving in the living room.

Bedroom

The customer did not want to put a standard wardrobe next to the bed. Then a spacious storage system was installed on the wall around the bed with the letter P.

The headboard itself was marked with soft panels and an accent gray-green color. Dark wall sconces for reading added graphicality.

The opposite wall was decorated with wooden slats and mirrored panels, thereby setting a vertical vector and visually slightly expanding the space.

Hallway

The entrance area, like the mini-study in the living room, was separated with a similar glass partition.

Bathrooms

The bathroom has a contrasting combination of dark stone tiles and light gray concrete. Also, the interior was supplemented with wooden textures.

The cheap wall was laid with Porcelanosa tiles, made to look like wooden slats. It is supported by a metal cut cabinet under the sink.

The same materials were used in the toilet room, but they were played a little differently. There is also a hidden storage system.
