Designer Dina Udaltsova designed a small studio with an area of only 25 m² for rent to a young girl. On a small footage, it was possible to provide the necessary functionality, including a sleeping area and a full kitchen.
- total area: 25 m² (without balcony)
- Ceiling height: 2.65 m
- A place: Moscow
- Who lives here: young girl
- Budget: 1.2 million rubles
- Designer: Dina Udaltsova
- Stylist: Victoria Volchkova
The walls were finished with decorative plaster. The brutal elements of the loft were softened by decor, delicate accents of mostly pink shades and ethnic motives.
Bedroom
The bedroom was zoned with a partition, decorated with wooden slats, forming a cozy alcove.
The designer also played up the through niche, dividing it in half - for the bedroom and bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen was complemented with a spacious mezzanine row. Neutral gray facades were diluted with the texture of natural wood and a contrasting pale pink apron.
The dining group was made up of chairs and a dining table. The zone was decorated with themed lamps in the form of a bottle and a glass.
Loggia
The loggia became a lounge area, a warm floor was installed here. The accent wall was decorated with a composition of cracked concrete, stabilized moss and reinforcement with a rust effect.
Hallway
In the hallway, the loft is most fully embodied. One of the walls was finished with decorative bricks with access to the adjacent one. The floor was laid with Spanish porcelain stoneware with a worn effect.
Bathroom
The bath was insulated with a conventional shower screen. It was revived with a catchy painting by Elena Mytko.
