The apartment is a single space with rather unsteady boundaries. The bedroom was insulated with a glass partition, and the kitchen and living room were combined into one space. Due to this, it was possible to let in more light and air.

The emphasis was placed on functionality and laconic simplicity, so they abandoned the excess decor.
Living room
The living room is very bright. The effect is deepened by glass surfaces. Customers need to buy only a part of furniture and equipment.
The walls were painted gray, and the TV area was highlighted with brickwork. Narrow asymmetrical shelves were also hung here, which look almost weightless due to their color.
Kitchen
The working area was marked at floor level. So, the parquet board turns into a tile in the form of honeycombs along a curved line.
The facades of the headset, made for concrete, enter into dialogue with the brickwork, with which the apron was laid. These details create a hint of loft style.
The tabletop was extended further - along the windows - at a lower height. The result is a comfortable breakfast spot.
Bedroom
The bedroom was hidden behind a sliding glass partition, providing access to live light. The room looks more spacious and brighter also due to the mirrored door of the built-in wardrobe.
Hallway
The corridor was also partly finished with brickwork. It was diluted with tall mirror inserts. A wardrobe was built at the entrance for storing outerwear.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower corner. One of the walls in this area was laid with a rectangular mosaic.
