I recently made an extension cord for the garage from the cord of an old vacuum cleaner, many laughed at this craft, but it works. From the same unit, there was an engine that works, but under load, smoke comes out of it slightly. I decided to experiment and finish off the power unit.
For this, it is necessary to separate the vortex installation from the engine and reach the shaft. But it's not that simple.

It turned out the impeller is sealed, I had to open the tin like a tin can with pliers.
Following step is preparing the cutting blade to fit onto the shaft. I took the blade from a very strong mechsaw, drilled a hole in the center with a drill on tiles and glass, links to articles at the end of this post, do not forget to look it will be interesting.
So that I do not get dirty too much, I prepare a hole for the motor shaft and mountings in a plastic bucket.
I mount replace the engine in the bucket... The beauty.
I fasten wires and install the blade on the shaft.
It has arrived time of testing. It’s somehow scary, not wanting to get in the forehead with a piece of blade that has been unscrewed. Therefore, I secured the bucket in the old tire with mounting ties. This is done so that at the moment of start, the light bucket tries to escape, due to inertial forces.
Fell asleep in a container whole, old corn. I closed the lid. With a wire in his hands, he hid behind the table and summoned the launch. Pressed the ON button.
First the launch was short, the next was the last, because smoke poured from the engine. He initially breathed "incense" but in this experimental setup he was finished.
Next time I'll use a working engine and an iron bucket. I will install it on any frame. And I will grind grain.
What it is for: The fishing season will open soon. Shop bait in fishing is a black hole in the budget, and without it it doesn't bite. Therefore, I will do the bait mixtures myself. And freshly ground grain is the best groundbait. An analogy with freshly ground coffee. Who knows will understand. This homemade product will save your budget and improve your fishing results.
