It took 3 months after I assembled the siphon from the sewer corners instead of the corrugated pipe and special siphons sold in the store.

The build process was like this:

It became interesting, in what condition after three months the walls of the sewer corners and how clogged it is.

I begin to disassemble. This is done very simply, unscrew the nut connecting our pipes with the sink.

We bend over a homemade siphon in order to drain the liquid that acts as a water seal.

We remove the siphon completely and carry it to the bath for examination.

I expected there would be heavy deposits on the walls of the sewer fittings. But to my surprise, there were practically none. Photos are a vivid confirmation of this.

Just a little dirt after three months of intensive use.

The photo above shows the pipes that were constantly in the water.

Or maybe a pipe was hammered in another place, looked at the other corners, they were only covered with a slight coating of sewer dirt.

I didn't even bother to clean this whole structure, put it back together and also easily stuck it in its native place.

But for prophylaxis and just in case, so that the pipes do not clog further, he spilled the entire pipeline with boiling water. And so that the fat does not freeze in another, in some secluded place.

I believe that this siphon does an excellent job with its functions of retaining odors, while excess fat and dirt does not accumulate on it, which clogs ordinary siphons.
