Passing the pallets with goods, I noticed the jars of honey. As the packaging said- Natural, floral. One kg for 173 rubles with kopecks.

It's very cheap. Recently I ordered honey from an Altai mobile apiary, so one kilogram there cost me 500 rubles, plus delivery. An article about an apiary on wheels here.

Now I will check these two types of honey for naturalness. But first, pay attention to the packaging of the "traffic light" honey. There is interesting information. I marked it in red.

To verify the authenticity of honey, I decided to use an unusual method. Namely, testing the yellow substance for biological memory.

In my subjective opinion, in the last photo the "honeycomb picture" is more rounded than that of the fresh one from the Altai apiary. But we must pay tribute, the honey in the traffic light is natural. But the taste is rather harsh-sweet. There is no that very aroma, perhaps this is because it was stored for a long time.
