Each person as a child certainly asserted that the cereal - it is a very useful product. However, whether this is in fact so? Although hurt porridge can with great difficulty, it is useful all the same is not always. There are at least three cereals that are absolutely useless to the human body and the body as a whole.
1. Semolina
In Soviet times it was semolina was an essential attribute of all recreational and educational institutions in the country. 2. Rice porrige
Surely everyone've heard a lot about how to be useful to a wonderful rice porridge. This is partially true. That's only in the majority of cases, the rice that is sold in our stores is white and polished. This contains very few vitamins and minerals. The brown rice vitamins, however, a little more. So rice porridge can be an effective tool in the diet, however, only a very short time.
3. quick cooking oatmeal
Oatmeal is useful. It is rich in trace elements, vitamins and fiber. As a consequence, cereals copes with the removal of toxins from the body by neutralizing toxins and cholesterol. Useful it in case of problems with the gastrointestinal tract. But there is one big "but", which is the modern method of production of oatmeal.
