Hello friends. I decided to ennoble the garage, so much so that the eye rejoices and no grayness pressed on my head. If you act wisely, concrete walls must be primed, plastered, and some kind of coating applied. But it is very expensive, especially for a garage. I went the other way and purchased a special paint:
I will apply it to the walls, but first you need to slightly prepare the walls. Dust, cover cracks, apply a primer. The fact is that in my slabs, from which the concrete is made, there are wooden artifacts, how they got there, I can't imagine. Do you know?
I pre-clean the surface with an iron brush from pieces of wood, chips and loose particles.
We apply a primer to the walls to remove dust from the surface from small particles of cement, which will not allow the paint to adhere well to the surface.
We paint concrete
I use white, latex, facade paint.
Before applying paint over a large area, you must first do this on a small area. And in a day, check how she lay down and whether you like the effect.
The next day, it became clear that the paint adhered well to the concrete wall, but it turned out that a second coat would be required.
Started painting the wall completely with a fleecy roller.
After two coats of paint, the perception of the garage improved. It became more pleasant to be in it.
The issue price is only 1000 rubles (2018): 14 kg. paints.
