We have already made a variety of flower pots from different materials, both large and small. And today I will show you how to make a creative flower pot that you will definitely not find in any store.
The pot is small, made from a cheese jar, but if you wish, you can make a large one, for example, from a plastic container. Here the main idea is, and how to apply it, everyone decides for himself.
For making, I used:
· A jar of cheese;
· Skewers;
· Marker, sandpaper, nippers, scissors, ruler, knitting needle;
· Hot glue and PVA glue;
· Newspaper;
· Acrylic paints;
· Nail polish;
· Universal varnish in a spray can.
Step 1.
I cut off the skewers of the required length with wire cutters, processed the ends with sandpaper and glued them to the bottom of the box.
Step 2.
I made holes in the bottom of the box and glued pieces of a skewer onto hot glue.
Step 3.
He marked the newspaper into strips of 5 cm and plucked them.
Step 4.
Using a knitting needle, I twisted newspaper tubes from strips.
Step 5.
He flattened the tubes with scissors and glued a disk out of them.
Step 6.
I put a skewer in the center of the disk and glued them together.
Marked out the skewer and cut off the excess. I also cut off another small stick.
Step 7.
I glued everything into place.
Here's a blank I got.
Step 8.
Narwhal from newspaper 2 strips 1 cm wide. I glued them to the place where the handles of the cart will be.
Step 9.
Painted the entire cart with gray acrylic paint.
Step 10.
When the gray paint was dry, I painted the pens and wheel with black nail polish.
Step 11.
He painted all the skewers with burgundy acrylic paint.
Step 12.
Covered the flower pot with universal varnish 2 times.
Step 13.
He poured drainage, soil, planted a flower and decorated with pebbles.
The pot is ready!
