Hello dear friends and guests of the channel!
In the supermarket, in the tableware section, we saw glass salad bowls, from which you can make interesting crafts. We bought several pieces and today I will show you what a gorgeous candlestick for the house we got from it.
For manufacturing we used:
· Glass salad bowl;
· Homemade polymer clay;
· Kohler;
· Molds;
· Ear sticks;
· Nail polish remover;
· Polymer glue;
· Acrylic paint;
· Acrylic lacquer;
How much money was spent on materials? Yes, not very much.
Salad bowl 100 rubles, clay 20 rubles, color scheme, paint, varnish, just a little bit, 20 rubles. Total maximum 150 rubles (rounded up).
Step 1.
We wipe the salad bowl with nail polish remover or alcohol to degrease.
Step 2.
We paint polymer clay with brown color scheme. How to make clay see here.
Step 3.
We mold the clay into molds and glue it onto the glass with polymer glue.
Step 4.
We roll a sausage out of clay, cut it into 4 equal parts and roll up the balls. We glue the balls to the bottom of the salad bowl with polymer glue.
Step 5.
Using ear sticks and nail polish remover, remove the glue that has come out from under the clay. We leave everything to dry for about 12-20 hours.
Step 6.
We paint the patterns with bronze acrylic paint straight with our finger.
Step 7.
We cover with acrylic varnish.
The candlestick is ready.
