Friends, hello!

After the repair, we were left with pieces of foam (this is dense foam), which it was a pity to throw out, and I decided to make something out of them. I found an interesting idea somewhere on the Internet and decided to repeat it. And that's what happened to me ...

For making, I used:

· Pieces of foam (2 cm thick);

· Office paper;

· Knife, scissors, pencil, pen;

· Sandpaper, hacksaw blade for metal;

· Toothpicks;

· Hot glue;

· Acrylic paint;

· Old clothes brush;

· Plaster;

· Pot for flowers.

Step 1.

On a sheet of office paper I drew a semblance of ovals and cut them out.

Step 2.

Transferred to penoplex, outlined and cut out with a clerical knife.

Step 3.

Using sandpaper, I trimmed the cut edges.

Step 4.

I cut small parts in half with a knife, and saw large ones with a hacksaw blade for metal.

Step 5.

Once again I processed it with sandpaper and that's what I got.

Step 6.

I adjusted the parts so that they fit tightly, inserted toothpicks and glued everything together with hot glue.

That's how it turned out for me.

Step 7.

I made dents with a disassembled handle.

Step 8.

I painted everything with green acrylic paint.

Step 9.

He pulled the bristles out of an old clothes brush with pliers.

I glued several bristles into the squeezed places with hot glue.

Step 10.

I spread some gypsum, inserted the cactus into the pot and filled it with plaster.

When the plaster was set, he poured several tablespoons of sand.

Here is a cactus I got, which I later put in the garden. It looked like a real one, everyone who came to visit was surprised how we managed to grow such a gorgeous cactus.
