Hello dear friends!
Somehow they bought several pieces of inexpensive glass vases in a china shop. If my memory serves me, they cost 150 rubles apiece. We bought it on purpose so that later we could make something out of them.
Already at home I came up with an idea how to revive a boring vase a little with a spray can of paint. We decided to try and that's what happened.
For the decor it took:
· The vase itself;
· Nail polish remover;
· Thin masking tape;
· Silver paint in a spray can;
· Stationery knife.
I want to say right away so that they don't write in the comments later. The paint on the glass keeps normally, I won't say that it is super straight, but it does. Of course, if you start scratching with a knife, it will peel off. And so, you can safely wash under running water, even with a soft sponge.
Step 1.
The vase was degreased with nail polish remover so that the paint adheres better to the glass.
Step 2.
Using thin masking tape "draw" patterns on the vase, as your imagination tells.
Step 3.
We paint a vase from a spray can. We have silver paint, but you can use any color - it already tastes and colors.
Leave to dry for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4.
Carefully remove the tape.
Step 5.
In some places, where the tape was not glued tightly, uneven places turned out. These places can be easily trimmed using a utility knife.
Here is such an interesting vase now. If desired, you can varnish from a spray can.
Many will now begin to write that glass was simply better, this is your opinion, which has the right to be, but we like this.
For the price, the paint costs 120 rubles. for a can, was bought in the construction market. The vase took no more than a quarter of the can.
