Hello dear friends!

I want to share with you a simple but delicious salad, the taste of which will amaze you. It is prepared very simply and goes well with many dishes, and can also be consumed by itself.

What ingredients are needed:

Oyster mushrooms or other 500 gr;

1 can of green peas;

1 medium onion;

Dill 1 bunch;

Table vinegar 6% - 3 tbsp spoons;

Vegetable oil and salt to taste.

Cut the onions into half rings, add a little cold water and add vinegar. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

While the onions are marinated, cook the mushrooms. We cut them into large pieces so that during cooking they do not boil over and do not lose many useful properties. Be sure to cut the mushroom legs in half, otherwise they may not boil. Cook the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes until tender.

When the mushrooms are cooked, dump them into a colander so that excess water drains and they cool down. Grind the finished mushrooms, pour into a salad bowl and add a jar of peas.

We take out the onion from the marinade and add it to the salad. Pour on top with vegetable oil, add a little vinegar and salt to taste.
