Friends, hello everyone!
Plastic bottles are perhaps one of our favorite craft materials. They are free, easy to work with and a lot of fun to do. I want to share with you how we turned an ordinary plastic bottle into real beauty in an oriental style.
Here's what we used to transform:
· The plastic bottle itself (you can take any volume at your discretion);
· Iron;
· Simple napkins;
· PVA glue and hot glue (where without it!);
· Black acrylic paint;
· Half beads, rhinestones and different decor;
· Universal varnish in a spray can.
I'll make a reservation right away. Rhinestones and plastic beads, bought in a sewing accessories store, where they are relatively cheap. The whole craft took no more than 150 rubles. This is a hobby, friends, and who counts money when he is busy with what he loves?
Step 1.
The bottle was cut into 3 parts, the middle was removed, and the other 2 parts will be useful to us further.
Step 2.
Using a hot iron and a piece of paper, rounded the edges of the bottle.
Step 3.
We pasted over everything with napkins and left to dry for about 12 hours.
Step 4.
We painted the bottle with black acrylic paint and dried it for several hours.
Step 5.
Then they glued the decor onto the bottle, on hot glue.
Step 6.
We applied a universal varnish in 2 layers and dried well.
Here is such a beautiful jar in the oriental style. You can store various little things in it.
Such a jar does not have to be hidden in a table or cabinet, it looks very attractive on the desktop as well. In the same way, you can make an organizer for your desktop.
