Friends, I greet you!

I hasten to share with you an interesting idea for the house, which I made from hot glue and wooden skewers. Until recently, I had no idea how the final result would look, but I liked it. It turned out quite stylish and looks unusual.

For work I needed:

· Several sticks of hot glue;

· 40 short wooden skewers;

· Pentagon printout;

· Scotch tape, glass, cardboard, superglue;

· Any hand cream;

· Socket, light bulb, wire;

· Spray paint.

Step 1.

I marked the skewers by 10 cm and cut them. The size can be arbitrary, depending on what size you want to get in the end. It took me 40 segments.

Step 2.

I put the glass on the printout and secured it with paper tape to the table.

Step 3.

He grabbed the skewers around the perimeter of the pentagon, and glued the joints.

I applied hand cream to the glass.

Step 4.

I "drew" arbitrary patterns with hot glue.

Thanks to the applied cream, the hot glue easily peels off the glass.

Made 8 parts.

Step 5.

He glued all the details together and glued them well outside.

Step 6.

I glued cardboard to the bottom.

Step 7.

I rubbed everything well with nail polish remover, especially inside, to remove the remaining cream. Can be wiped clean with solvent or white spirit.

Step 8.

I painted everything from a spray can. I liked the chrome paint.

Step 9.

I glued a cartridge with a wire on superglue inside.

Here is such a cool night light lamp I got.

This method can be used to make lamps of different geometric shapes. I used a 5-watt LED light bulb, it practically does not heat up at all and will not harm hot glue.
