Did you know that an ordinary pumpkin can be cooked in such a way that you and your family will eat a dish from it in a few minutes? Yes, yes, pumpkin is suitable not only for sweet dishes or cereals, but it can also be cooked spicy as a full-fledged snack.

All you need is:

· Medium-sized pumpkin;

2-3 cloves of garlic to taste;

· A little dill (you can use other herbs as well);

· Table vinegar or lemon juice;

· Vegetable oil;

· Salt.

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and loose mass. It is convenient to remove the loose part with a spoon.

Cut the pumpkin into slices (skibki, like a watermelon or melon) 1.5-2 cm thick. We peel the peel.
