• Plates are cold pressed at a pressure of 50 to 80 N / cm² and a temperature not exceeding 30⁰C. The panel is under the press for 8 minutes, and then it is stored in stacks, where it is under pressure of 1500 N / m² dry within 24 hours.

In the worktop, recesses are cut for the tie elements

• The dimensions of the chipboard kitchen countertops are not always standard and they can be connected with an invisible seam. The panel is first milled according to a certain template, and then recesses for the tightening elements and slots for lamellas are cut into it (see. photo above). A groove for a plug-in spike is selected from above, 12 mm deep and the butt is cleaned with sandpaper.

• The treated end is wiped with isopropyl alcohol and dried, and then the sample is coated with two-component acrylic glue and a spike is inserted into it.
