The main thing is not to be frightened, when you wake up in the middle of the flight.

Thanks to modern technology today, people can create things, which a few decades ago could only dream of, after reading science fiction. In the next few years passenger airliners can completely abandon the usual windows. In their place will come something new and incredibly cool. No more glazed "holes" in the fuselage, only the one-piece body and a panoramic view of the sky!

Here these will become the cabin.

Designers of passenger planes are confident that civil aviation is the next evolution will take place in the next 10-15 years. Modern trends and developments in the field of industrial design indicate that the airplanes have the immediate future may disappear entirely portholes. This will save passengers at least one problem - clarify the relationship to the topic: who will sit in the window during the flight. Seriously speaking, the designers of the British company's Center for Process Innovation is already working on the liner of the future.

Not only will such passenger airliners.
Not only will such passenger airliners.

One of the most interesting concepts that offer studio engineers, the aircraft is a project without portholes, but with a panoramic view. Theoretically implement such a project could be today. In place of the windows should come OLED-screens installed almost the entire length of the plane body inside the passenger compartment. Thus, the liner is (essentially) one large virtual window.

It looks really impressive.
It looks really impressive.

These screens will be connected to the system of external video cameras, which in turn will transmit a picture of what is happening around the aircraft. The idea is that passengers in this situation will begin to emerge the impression that the aircraft do not have a roof. They literally will sit among the clouds. Today, this technology is already being used in current models of smartphones, TVs, tablets and monitors. The only "but" this innovation is that the screens are too much light in some cases, and this may interfere with individual passengers.

I want even more interesting about passenger aircraft? How about to debunk10 common "horror stories" about the aircraft, which are pure fiction visionaries and detractors industry.
