We all love warmth and try to create a comfortable atmosphere around us as much as possible, but insulating some rooms will be a waste of money.

Insulation and related glazing of balconies is generally a dangerous undertaking. No one will give a full guarantee that the concrete slab on which the balcony is located is made in accordance with all the rules.

The age of the house should also be taken into account. Weighting the balcony structure with additional materials, such as replacing the fence and installing window frames with glazing, can lead to unpredictable consequences up to collapse.

Due to the loggia, you can increase the useful area of ​​the kitchen by dismantling the window with the door. But some are trying to redo the heating circuit by removing pipes and a radiator along the wall of the loggia. These manipulations are strictly prohibited by the technical regulations for the operation of the house.
