To prepare this soup you will need:

  • 1 kg of tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 g potatoes;
  • 2 tbsp. olive oils and tomato paste;
  • 2 tsp brown sugar;
  • chicken bouillon;
  • 3 sprigs of thyme;
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, you need to put the tomatoes on a baking sheet covered with paper. Cut large fruits into slices, small in half. Season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with oil (half the norm) and add thyme. Bake until tender, which will take about 20 minutes. Heat the rest of the oil in a skillet, send chopped onions, chopped garlic and coarsely chopped potatoes there. Cook for 5 minutes, then add sugar and tomato. Stir everything, pour a glass of water and add broth. Boil. Then cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked through. Send ready-made tomatoes there. Use a hand blender to puree everything. You can use a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.

Tomatoes baked with cheese

The recipe for this dish includes:

  • 4 things. a tomato;
  • 2 pcs. Mozzarella cheese;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 tsp dried basil;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Cut medium-sized tomatoes into slices, also cut the cheese. Put these ingredients in a baking dish in the form of fish scales. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pepper, salt and basil. Bake until the cheese melts - about 15 minutes. Serve the dish warm or hot.
