In order for everything to work out, you must first knock the front and back of the egg on hard surface and remove in these places several fragments of the shell so that you get holes.

Next, you need to clench the eggs in a fist, forming something like a tube and blow into one of the previously created holes with all your might. If everything was done correctly, the egg will instantly jump out of the shell and fly forward, out of the fist. Given this subtlety, it would be wise to place the other hand in advance so as to catch the popping egg.
