To do this, we carry out cleaning of the outer side in the place where the solder will be applied. A file with fine grain or a file will help in this work.
The second step is to warm up the tin solder. To do this, you can use a burner or an ordinary gas stove. The metal will melt in just a few minutes. As soon as this happens, apply tin to the previously cleaned outer side of the fastening loop. For convenience, it is recommended to hold the part with pliers. When the tin hardens, the restored part must be reinstalled.

As a result, we get a restored mount, which will again be able to ensure the correct snapping of the lock on the car door. Finally, it is worth noting that before taking on such work, you must first diagnose the problem door.
