The text of the question itself was as follows:
Installed a new 3-phase energy meter CE307 R33.043. There are no readings on the scoreboard, there is light in the house. The networkers connected the cable to the support and said that something was assembled incorrectly, but did not explain what. Discard the wiring diagram.

Please note, be sure to check all connection diagrams with the passport of the electricity meter installed in you. The thing is that these are materials from the official manufacturer of Energomer. If you have installed, nevertheless, the equipment of another company, there may be some differences, so it is better to double-check.
Also note that the electricity metering unit is on the balance sheet of the managing company, so you yourself do not have the right to change the connection method or make any adjustments.
It is better to contact the power supply organization with a corresponding statement about the problems found in the operation of the electricity metering unit and a request to take appropriate measures. This is their job and they are responsible for it, so you better not risk getting yourself penalized.
