Designer Natalia Balashova designed a studio of 39 m² for rent. The apartment managed to maintain an open space, filled with light and air, and at the same time to organize an isolated bedroom. Customers plan to rent housing to a young family without children.

In a small area, it was possible to equip a bedroom, a separate dressing room and a combined kitchen-living room. The interior is laconic and elegant.

Living room

A delicate blue shade was chosen for the walls in the kitchen-living room. The functional areas were delimited by a kitchen island.

Kitchen

A linear kitchen set was built into a niche. The upper cabinets were replaced with shelves, and the apron was made of glass, due to which the kitchen looks airy. The built-in refrigerator was hidden in a pencil case by the window.

Bedroom

They decided to separate the bedroom with a glass partition. A double bed was hidden behind it, leaving space for passage on either side of it.

Hallway

In the decoration of the walls in the hallway, pale blue and white colors were combined. A small hanger with a shoe rack was placed to the right of the entrance, and a mirror was hung on the floor opposite.

Bathroom

The walls in the bathroom are lined with tiles in different shades of blue. The layout of the flooring imitates the pattern of herringbone parquet.

In addition to a fairly large shower area, it was possible to place a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, as well as organize storage space.
