Designer Evgeniya Astakhova designed a 45 m² euro-apartment for a student in one of the new buildings in Ufa. The kitchen area was donated in favor of the living room, necessary for a comfortable pastime with friends. We managed to organize a work area, a separate bedroom and a dressing room.

  • total area: 45 m²
  • A place: Ufa
  • Number of rooms: euro two
  • House type: new building
  • Who lives here: student
  • Budget: 2 million rubles
  • Designer: Evgeniya Astakhova
The one-room apartment was redesigned for the needs of the future tenant - the bathroom was expanded at the expense of hallway, the partition between the kitchen and the room was partially demolished, and the pantry was turned into a spacious dressing room. All this was carried out even at the stage of building the house - such a service was provided by the developer.

Living room

In the decoration of the walls in the living room, a light beige paint and clinker brick were combined - they were used to decorate the remaining partition with the bedroom. The bright turquoise sofa was made an accent element of the interior.

The windows were covered with translucent tulle, which does not block the view from the window.

Kitchen

The kitchen was built into a turquoise niche. She became the framing for the headset and at the same time connected the kitchen with the living room. All large-sized equipment was hidden in pencil cases.

The space was zoned using a dining table, the role of which was assigned to the bar counter. It, like the countertop, was made of artificial stone.

Bedroom

The bedroom was insulated with a glass partition, which was supplemented with a thick curtain to ensure privacy. The use of glass made it possible to maintain access to natural light.

The ceiling in the bedroom and the working area adjacent to it was forced to lower - a ducted air conditioning system was hidden behind a plasterboard structure. This decision also helped in zoning.

Hallway

The hallway turned out to be quite austere and, due to this, more free. We only got by with a small hanger and a shoe cabinet.

Bathroom

The bathroom was decorated in beige and blue colors. Atlas Concorde porcelain stoneware was used in the decoration. After the redevelopment, there was a place here not only for a large shower and washing machine, but also for a cabinet for household needs.
