Many Instagram users have encountered a problem - almost every day, the application reports a suspicious login attempt and demands to change the password.
The mail regularly receives messages "We are sorry that you have problems logging into Instagram. We will help. "
As well as messages about logins from previously unknown devices.
It all started in December. Many have changed their password dozens of times already, but nothing helps.
On Pikabu, a topic is devoted to this issue, in which there are already more than 400 comments: https://pikabu.ru/story/povtoryayushchiesya_popyitki_vzloma_instagram_7900581 .
Unfortunately, it is not yet clear what it is. Either they found some kind of vulnerability on Instagram, through which scammers break, or Instagram reacts in this way to an attempt to log in under someone else's login (but experiments do not confirm this). Some have already despaired, and simply confirm that yes, they came from Uryupinsk, Chelyabinsk and Rio de Janeiro.
All users who have encountered a problem have two-factor authentication enabled, that is, in theory, it is impossible to enter an account without confirmation by SMS or via Google Authentificator.
Instagram support is silent as usual.
