Thanks to Pyotr Alekseevich, a resident of one inconspicuous high-rise building, the Troeshchinsky district of Kiev became famous again, albeit from a rather interesting side. A big lover of agriculture, in the past an employee of law enforcement agencies, and now a pensioner decided to acquire a vegetable garden and a dacha not far from his apartment.
His "odnushka" is located immediately under the roof of a 12-storey residential building, so the man had a plan to build a house in the open air at a high altitude. It was even possible to make an exit to the dacha immediately from the apartment.

To begin with, Pyotr Alekseevich repaired that part of the roof, which he himself identified as a summer cottage. The coating was not in its best shape, it leaked even in the rain, not that it could withstand the watering of the "garden-garden". Taking into account the deplorable condition of the roof, the pensioner did all the necessary insulation work, laid a thick roofing material in two layers, and only then proceeded to build the house.

To begin with, the man added a 12 square meter summer cottage made of chipboard, which was eventually completed. In order not to violate the law prohibiting the removal of any communications outside the apartment, the man did not tempt fate and he did not carry out any amenities in the form of electricity, water, sewage or heating to his dacha, but still smashed. Over the 10 years of the existence of the improvised dacha, Karlson, as the residents of the house call him, settled in and acquired a whole courtyard. An old bathtub has found its place in the beds to store rainwater, because he and his wife grow greens, seasonal vegetables and flowers in the city dacha.
In order to enjoy the opening city panorama, a “courtyard” was made with a seating area with a table and benches, and a garden swing was installed. Now the family can have lunch or dinner outdoors and even host. The caring owner managed to attach a shed for the tool, pulled on the clothesline for drying the clothes. At the moment, we have prepared posts for creating a fence to protect “our site” on the roof. This is, if illegal, but still reasonable, given that the altitude is quite decent and such walks may not always be safe. After all, guests with children and their own grandchildren come to the “dacha”.
It would seem, where did the public and the management company that serves this house look all these years? But no one was surprised when a noise arose around the extension and Carlson's garden. For many years, the old-timers at home and the kids knew about the existence of an unusual dacha, some came to visit and enjoyed their rest among the dill and flowers. Others even thought about making an adjustment for themselves.
So, for example, Ekaterina Ivanovna admits: “We have a big family, but the apartment on the first floor is small and there is simply nothing to buy more, therefore, additional meters would not hurt us”. Despite such reflections of some tenants and of Pyotr Alekseevich himself, the chairman of the housing cooperative Ivan Basyuk says: “The Desnyanskaya Prosecutor's Office has opened criminal proceedings. But we support him so that the dacha is not demolished. I was in the house, I checked everything, there are no complaints about the tenant. After all, before building, he repaired the roof at his own expense. And in the house he has no amenities, two rooms, three meters each " .

After detection by the inspection bodies of self-construction (10 years later!) On the roof of a multi-storey building, the inventive pensioner was issued 2 fines. He was also given an order to demolish, albeit temporary, but still buildings along with all the gardens and flower beds. To which the resident of Kiev reacted very unexpectedly, he began to collect documents in order to legitimize his dacha... Recently, a general meeting was held, at which signatures were collected in confirmation that his house and garden did not bother anyone and the people had no complaints. Moreover, the "courtyard" does not block the exit to any communications or emergency exits. The family of amateur gardeners does not want to give up so easily, because for 10 years they have invested both money and soul in their piece of happiness. Everything would be fine, I would like to be glad that people are so eager to work, but will they stand unsuitable multi-storey buildings of this kind, farms and vegetable gardens, if everyone who wants the Carlsons rush to settle down the roofs?
