A year ago we became the owners of a private house. For this we had to sell a nice 4-room apartment. But the proceeds were not enough to purchase a large, nice house. Therefore, we opted for an unfinished house. I soon greatly regretted this decision. I'll tell you about everything in detail.
- When the warm days were already running out, I started heating the house. It does not provide for a room for a boiler room, and therefore I decided to install a diesel boiler in the kitchen. You can't even imagine how he smelled the whole house of diesel fuel. In addition, the cost of diesel fuel is very high.
- So the next summer I got an electric boiler. When it started to get colder, it turned out that the network did not draw much power, so it was not possible to heat the house well.
- I bought a wood-burning boiler and ran into another problem.
To install such a boiler, a special chimney is required. While the specialists have been waited for, half of the winter has passed. The boiler was installed for us only at the beginning of January, and before that we warmed ourselves as best we could!
- But the expectations were again not met. It turned out that the wood in the boiler burned badly, and besides, it still stinks. To avoid this, you need dry firewood. Do you know how to get them: order a car of firewood, put them under the shed and wait 1-1.5 years!
Note that we do not have a suitable place for storing and drying firewood. And there is no time for that either. Therefore, I started using briquettes for heating. After a few days, the house finally warmed up. It would seem that life has improved!
But it was not there…
- In our village, problems with electricity began. The power of the electrical networks was not enough, so the circulation pump on the boiler did not work at all, then it turned half-strength. The boiler began to boil periodically, and once it was a miracle that an explosion was avoided.
- I got myself a generator, which I never managed to start. I returned it to the store, exchanging it for a battery inverter. In the absence of electricity, the current to the inverter comes from the batteries.
- A month later, the water disappeared from the house. I thought it was the pumping station. It turned out that the pipe was frozen. I had to dig it up and insulate it.
- A few months later, the Internet disappeared. We had a Beeline antenna with an amplifier installed. When new houses were built in the village, they closed the tower, so the Internet began to work one after another. Then I switched to Iota. The Internet did a little work, but soon disappeared again.
I chose a new provider - MTS. An antenna was installed on the roof of my house, which was tuned to the city tower. Finally, the internet is working fine! But it was enough for about 8 months. When the speed dropped, I ran the fiber.
- One day my sleep was interrupted by a fire engine siren. It turned out that due to a short circuit in the pumping station, the wires caught fire, the fire spread to the roof. At the same time, the machine was not knocked out. When the neighbors saw puffs of smoke from our roof, they called the fire department.
- In the spring, problems with water began again, which flowed from the tap only at night. Apparently, due to the construction of houses in the area, there was not enough water. I had to call the drillers and drill a well at the site.
But even here the first time did not work out to do everything normally. The drillers said to pump the water and wait for the clean water to come. But I did not wait, and after that I could not get through to the workers. Hired another crew to drill a new well. Fortunately, the water came out of it clean.
Later, gas was pulled down our street. I had to pay more than 400 thousand for the connection. rubles.
- Everything seemed to be working out, when suddenly there was no more water. I thought the pump was out of order. I bought an Aquarius, and at night the flask on the filter burst. As a result, the whole house was flooded with water.
The reason lay in the fact that the automatics of the old pump "did not make friends" with the new one. I had to change both the automation and the accumulator in addition. Due to the strong pressure, his membrane broke.
And these problems do not see the end of the edge.
