Classic recipe

Tomatoes can be taken of any variety, this does not affect the final taste of the snack. Wash the vegetables and cut them either in large segments or just in half. Chop the onion and garlic into thin rings or half rings, chop the greens. It is better to take small jars for this conservation. Be sure to wash with baking soda and sterilize with hot steam, oven or microwave. Half-liter or liter cans will be enough.

So:

  • 1 bunch of green dill;
  • common onion - 4 heads;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • 4 leaves of lavrushka;
  • 4 garlic prongs;
  • black / allspice - 20 pcs.;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of acetic acid 9%.

We fill the jars: put onion, garlic and a leaf of lavrushka on the bottom. Put a layer of tomatoes with onions and herbs on top. And in this order, we fill the cans to the top. When stacking products, they need to be pressed a little. This must be done, as the vegetables will settle during the sterilization process. Next, pour vinegar and oil into the jar. A tablespoon of these ingredients will be consumed per liter; 1.5 teaspoons should be taken for half a liter.

The marinade is prepared like this: we take 1 liter of water, we dilute 3 tbsp in it. tablespoons of sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt. Boil and pour into already filled jars. Sterilize for about 10 minutes. Then roll up the banks. Classic tomatoes in Polish are ready.

With bell pepper

You can convert a classic recipe.

  • 2 kg of ripe tomatoes;
  • 4 liters of water;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 210 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 8 heads of garlic;
  • 1 kilogram of bell pepper, better multi-colored;
  • acetic acid 9% - 210 ml;
  • 1 kg of onions;
  • 180 grams of sugar;
  • parsley and red basil - on a bunch;
  • allspice and black pepper - 20 pieces each;
  • up to 8 bay leaves;
  • optional cloves, coriander.

Wash vegetables, clean, be sure to remove the stalk, the pepper also has seeds. We cut the tomatoes in large pieces or in half, and the pepper in half rings. We also peel and cut the onion and garlic into thin rings or half rings. Finely chop the greens.

We take sterilized jars by 0.5 or 0.7 liters. We lay the products in layers: garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs. Be sure the last top layer should be onions sprinkled with spices. Pour acetic acid and oil into a 0.7 liter jar - 1 tablespoon each, for a 0.5 liter jar you need to take 2 teaspoons.

The brine is prepared standard: for 1 liter of water you need to take 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Boil. Pour the brine into prepared jars for 10-15 minutes.

Pour cold water into a large saucepan, put our cans, sterilize for up to 10 minutes. Then we roll up the jars with lids and set them upside down until the jars are completely cool.
