Good afternoon, my reader. To grow a good eggplant crop, you need to keep in mind that not all varieties are zoned for your climate. The fact is that eggplants are photophilous, and therefore in Russia they usually do not have enough summer time to reach maturity in an open garden. However, there is a way out - varieties that ripen quickly enough and are less demanding on light and heat. Let's figure out what exactly is worth planting in the Moscow region and other regions of the middle lane.
