1. Colour
Pure water has no color or tint. A banal visual inspection is enough to make sure that there is something wrong with the water. Of course, there are many harmful impurities that do not change the color of the well water. Therefore, transparency itself does not mean anything yet, although if it is not there, then it is better not to drink such water.
2. Smack
The second important point, which is inextricably linked with the presence of harmful impurities. In addition, it is recommended to test the water for blooming - clear water does not bloom. Just leave it in a jar on the windowsill for a couple of days. If algae have begun to grow, then it is better not to drink such water.
You can also add soap bars to the water. If they dissolve quickly, then the water is very clean.
Finally, you can throw potassium permanganate into the well water. In the case of staining it red, it should be borne in mind that you cannot drink this.
