During the redevelopment, the one-room apartment with an isolated kitchen was turned into a studio. They organized a separate dressing room, a combined kitchen-living room and an almost isolated bedroom - it was separated by plasterboard partitions, while maintaining a wide doorway.

Living room

The general range of the living room is neutral. The walls were painted white, and engineered planks were used as the flooring. To add stylistic depth and variety to the room, one of the walls was decorated with a photo wallpaper depicting a race track: the customer is a racing fan.

Kitchen

The corner kitchen set was built along two adjacent walls and supplemented with a dining table - a bar counter. It acts as a zoning element.

The lower tier of the cabinets and the pencil case, in which the built-in refrigerator was hidden, were decorated in dark gray. Hanging cabinets were only allowed on one wall and made white, which made the interior lighter. For the same purpose, the apron was chosen transparent.

Loggia

The loggia was added to the living area by organizing a lounge space. The finish is contrasting. White paint was combined with dark glass units, and one of the walls was covered with black slate paint. An artificial turf was laid on the floor.

Bedroom

Little Greene blue paint was chosen to decorate the bedroom. The wall behind the headboard was made accent, it was decorated with old boards that were brought from an abandoned village.

Hallway

The hallway was separated from the kitchen-living room by open shelves. This solution allows you not to block access to natural light. The walls were painted in vibrant orange paint, a nod to the Gulf racing team.

Bathroom

The bathroom was divided into two functional zones - utility and shower. The decoration combined two types of tiles and paint, the latter was used in "non-wet" areas.
