Designer Varya Shalito designed a 60 m² kopeck piece for a young couple. Thanks to the use of light colors, glass partitions and a minimal amount of furniture, it was possible to create an uncluttered interior filled with air.

Living room

In order not to overload the space, a minimum of furniture was used in the living room. A sofa in an accent emerald hue was set up along one wall, and a TV area with a false fireplace was organized opposite.

On either side of it were built-in book shelves with glass doors - they, like the fake fireplace, were made to order. The wall behind them was highlighted with green paint, supporting the upholstery of the sofa.

Kitchen

The facades of the kitchen set in a milky shade were supplemented with a wooden countertop and white tiles with a hog on the apron. The upper tier of the cabinets was abandoned, since the original layout contained niches in the brickwork, which turned out to be very successfully used under the shelves for dishes. The fronts of the lockers echo with glass partitions. A freestanding refrigerator was built into a niche by the opening in the hallway.

The dining table took a seat by the window. The vintage chairs were left in the apartment by the previous owners - after the restoration, they fit perfectly into the new interior.

Bedroom

The bedroom turned out to be quite spacious. Only a double bed with a pair of bedside tables was placed here, as well as a built-in storage system with gray facades and mirrored inserts. The track lights were mounted on a beam on the ceiling.

Hallway

The customer treats plants with trepidation, but did not want to clutter up the windowsills with pots. The way out was a panel of living plants. The owner picked them up himself. For proper care, special lighting was provided and an irrigation system was built into the frame.

Bathroom

The bathroom in the apartment is separate. The bathroom with a large window was especially fond of the hostess.

The decoration combined several types of tiles of different formats, including mosaics, and also partially preserved the texture of the brick.
