Hello dear friend, I am building a bathhouse house 8-12. On their own. I'll tell you how I do it and what mistakes I made.
Last year I managed to take a garden plot. I decided to demolish the old buildings and build new ones. A reasonable question arose as to who will help me and whether I can cope on my own.
Everyone knows that at the beginning of 2020, the entire world community was attacked by a "pandemic". Accordingly, all contacts were reduced to a minimum, so as not to expose yourself and your family to the risks of becoming seriously ill. So I hope only for myself and the hired brigades.
But besides this factor, there were others. But before I tell you about them, I remembered how our families helped each other before:
Harvesting potatoes
In the 90s and until the mid-2000s, potatoes in our family and families of relatives were the main product, nourishing and high-calorie. accordingly they planted her a lot. And in order to remove it, several families, relatives, neighbors united and, like locusts, swooped down on the gardens and dug them up in a day or even less. Cleaning turned into a holiday, fun. And strong drinks warmed up this process.
Now potatoes are not planted so much, so the process has subsided to nothing. No one wants to help just like that, and the fashion for alcohol has disappeared.
Construction of houses and buildings
Gathering neighbors and relatives to help at the construction site was based on the principle: "Today I help you build, tomorrow I will start and you will help me." This system does not work now. For one simple reason. Many relatives do not have an elementary opportunity to buy building materials. And even more so the site. Accordingly, not many will agree to just come to work. And the current generation does not always want to master construction specialties.
Why I refuse to call for help from relatives and friends
- I can carry out many construction processes on my own and alone. It's not difficult for me. I even get some kind of pleasure from it.
- Sometimes, end-to-end, there is enough financial ability to hire a team for hard work on a construction site. As I did with the foundation and the roof.
- I don't owe anyone anything, there will be no feeling of shame that I could not help the person who helped me earlier.
- There is no need to strain anything to prepare food so that the relatives are well-fed.
