In theory, a transfer from the metro to the MCC in Moscow should always be free, but if you pay with a bank card, money may well be charged twice.
On March 27, I went on business. I went there by metro at 12:59 pm, at the entrance to the metro they wrote off 46 rubles and immediately returned 20 rubles (this is a promotion when paying with MIR Pay). I returned by metro with a transfer to the MCC. They wrote off 46 rubles at the entrance to the metro at 18:45, and when transferring to the MCC they wrote off another 46 rubles at 19:05.
I will not make claims for the sake of 26 rubles (and it’s not clear where to go - in the metro, in the MIR or in own bank), but the fact remains that the transplant, which was supposed to be free, for some reason turned out to be paid.
