Hello dear friends!
Some time ago, we made a cool craft using a ball, plaster bandage and some other materials that are not expensive and available. Plaster bandage is a very good material for making various crafts. It is easy and pleasant to work with him, he is not expensive.
Here's what you need:
1. Plaster bandage (can be found at the pharmacy, costs 50-80 rubles);
2. Ball;
Hot glue and PVA glue;
3. Newspapers, corrugated cardboard, napkins;
4. Dry peas;
5. Plastic cup;
6. Acrylic paints and varnish.
Step 1.
Cut a plaster bandage into small pieces and glue it onto a ball in 2-3 layers. It is glued very simply, applied to the ball and moistened with water using a brush.
Then we leave to dry for at least 12 hours and take out the ball by piercing it.
Step 2.
Cut off the top of a disposable glass and glue the resulting ring with hot glue.
Step 3.
Next, glue the cardboard and cut off the excess.
Step 4.
On the side where the top is, draw a circle and cut it out.
Step 5.
Cut strips from newspaper 3 cm wide, moisten them with water and weave a braid.
Leave the braid to dry for a few hours.
Step 6.
When the braid is completely dry, glue it onto the vase.
Step 7.
We glue the entire vase with ordinary crumpled napkins. We glue it on PVA, which has been slightly diluted with water so that it is not too thick.
Step 8.
When the napkins are dry, draw the patterns that you like best.
Step 9.
We cut the napkins into strips 3-4 cm wide, wet them on a damp towel and twist the flagella.
Step 10.
While the flagella from the napkins are damp, glue them onto the drawn patterns with PVA glue. We also glue the halves of dry peas.
Step 11.
Painted with black paint, when it dried, a little lilac and bronze were applied.
Step 12.
The last step was covered with acrylic varnish.
The result is such a vase-pots.
