Where does so much milk come from if there are no cows in the country? Who is milked, and what do dairy producers feed us?

More than half of the milk sold in our stores today is a mixture of water and vegetable fats. And these are not just big words. Such results were shown by an all-Russian test.

The inspection revealed that 2/3 of all Russian milk is counterfeit.

I will say in other words to make it clearer for everyone. 60% of the milk that we see on store shelves is not a natural product, but a herbal mixture.

The check touched upon many regions of Russia. Samples taken in the Samara region showed that 60% of products (cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, etc.) contain not milk fat, but category C palm oil, i.e. third-rate.

Manufacturers add this substitute to almost all products. No matter how harmful palm oil is considered, it is widely used in Russia.

The composition on the label is as small as possible, and the problem is partially solved! ))

The results of tests in other areas were no more rosy:

  • 1. In the Orenburg region, in 2020, the number of dairy products that do not meet quality standards increased by 1.5 times.

  • 2. The cheeses taken for inspection in the Tver region turned out to be fakes in 20% of cases. And we are talking not only about Russian products, but also about imported ones. For example, sodium nitrate was found in Belarusian cheeses.

In 2020, Russia became an importer of palm oil in huge quantities - 800 thousand tons. According to representatives of supervisory authorities, this substitute was on the table of every second Russian.

In terms of taste, palm oil is very similar to a natural product, so only true gourmets can distinguish a fake.

Russian manufacturers are successfully introducing plant substitutes into the import substitution process. Unfortunately, they do not replace the oil itself, but only its taste. So, domestic cheese with a foreign accent gets into our refrigerators.

In order for palm oil to disappear from the tables of Russians, it is necessary to introduce an excise tax on harmful products, the sugar and fat content of which exceeds the norm. These include sodas and herbal substitutes. Representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry and Trade have come up with a similar initiative. However, the government does not plan to expand the excise list yet.

So it turns out that Russia is the leader among the producers of unnatural products!
