First recipe

The cool thing about this cake is that it doesn't need to knead dough at all. There is a way, thanks to which the dough can be prepared in almost a couple of minutes.

We take 180-200 grams of premium wheat flour. In order for it to be saturated with oxygen, we must sift it. This makes the dough more fluffy and softer.

Add half a teaspoon of baking powder and salt to taste to the sifted flour. After mixing, add 150 milliliters of fresh kefir there. If there is no kefir, then ordinary yogurt may also work instead. Just make sure it is mildly acidic. Beat the resulting mass with a whisk and add 3 eggs to it. After thorough mixing, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream. This will allow you to easily pour the mass into a baking dish. If the dough is thick enough, it does not hurt to dilute it with a little milk or water.

We take 300 grams of young white cabbage as a filling. It is desirable if it is fresh. Having cleared it from the upper leaves, we begin to finely chop it. In order for it to become softer, it is recommended to salt the cabbage a little and rub it vigorously in your hands. You can also add finely chopped greens to the filling.

After liberally greasing the inner surface of the baking dish with oil, put it in it and smooth the filling well. Next, pour all the existing dough right on top of the cabbage, sprinkle the surface with sesame seeds and place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes. Readiness is most conveniently checked with a toothpick. If, after piercing the dough, the toothpick remains dry, the pie is ready.

It is recommended to cool the pie a little before serving, however, it remains fabulously tasty both cold and hot.

Second recipe

This recipe requires the use of more ingredients, but as a result, the baked goods are much tastier.

Pour 220 grams of wheat flour into a large container. It also needs to be sieved beforehand. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder for the dough, half a teaspoon of salt and a glass of sour cream with maximum fat content. Beat the mass with a whisk, add 4 chicken eggs to it and mix thoroughly until all the lumps are dissolved. In case the consistency, again, is too thick, you can dilute it with water.

For the filling, we again use white cabbage. 0.5 kilograms will be enough. After chopping, fill it with slightly salted boiling water and leave the filling for 10-15 minutes so that the cabbage becomes soft, then drain the excess water.

If you want to achieve the most pronounced taste of the filling, then you can not pour the cabbage with boiling water, but fry it or stew it.

Next, put the mass in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, heat the cabbage for about 10-15 minutes, let it cool and add various herbs to taste. In addition to greens, you can also add fried minced meat with the addition of onions.

After cooling the filling to room temperature, we transfer it to a container with the finished dough and mix the mass well until it becomes homogeneous.

Next, we grease the baking dish with oil, put all the mixture in it, carefully level it and send it to its oven, preheated to 200 ° C. We bake until tender (the process can take from 30 to 60 minutes).

Serving the pie is best served hot, but it is best eaten with sour cream and garlic sauce.
