The principle is simple - there are soft hemispheres on the panel, if you poke into any of them, it will bend in the other direction with a click. It turns out "an eternal pimple" (nevertheless, they clicked a pimpled package, right?).
On the Aliexpress these Popits are sold by the tons.
Ozone and Wilbderries are not far behind either.
There is also a portable version-keychain with two or three "pimples" called Simpl Dimpl.
Popit is said to have been developed to correct tactile skills in children with disabilities. It turned out that this is what is needed for those who have no obvious deviations. :)
