When cooking in the kitchen is in full swing, the hostess is surrounded by a dozen plates, pots, and spoons. And in the midst of this creative mess, you can often notice a rather strange thing: a bag is put on the mixer. Why is this needed, and how can a penny bag save valuable time?

Surely any housewife is familiar with the situation when you need to turn on the water, and your hands are dirty. As a result, after cooking, you also have to wash the tap. Some owners, in order not to get the faucet dirty, simply turn on the water for the entire duration of their stay in the kitchen. Agree that this is not entirely economical (or rather, it is not economical at all).

Remember when, while cooking cutlets or fiddling with dough, you need to rinse your hands, then rinse the plate. You have to open the tap with greasy hands, and then grab the soiled valves with clean hands. Some kind of vicious circle.

The situation seems to be a stalemate, but the way out of it is quite simple: an ordinary cellophane bag! Yes, you heard right. Take a small bag, make a slot in it with scissors (well, or at worst, dig a hole in it with your finger) and pull the bag over the mixer so that it covers the valves or lever. Voila, here is the problem and solved! Grab the valves with your soiled hands as many times as you like, and when you're done cooking, just remove the used bag and put it in the trash can. And the mixer doesn't need to be washed.
