Since the prohibitions in our country are becoming more and more every year, my friends and I even joked that soon it would not be possible to park a bicycle for free.
Apparently, someone in the government overheard that conversation, since the real situation today is very similar to our fantasies. Many car owners have already faced new restrictions that seem absurd.
When the first paid parking lots just started to appear in Russia, the authorities argued that now the most loaded places would be able to unload. It was about parking spaces near shops, etc.
However, over time, such parking lots began to appear in residential areas. It was then that the people realized that they had once again been "fooled".
Then the authorities decided to "take care" of their people by installing speed limit signs. Signs appeared on many country roads preventing motorists from driving at speeds exceeding 50 km / h. To monitor compliance with the rules, the authorities installed cameras. Naturally, the number of violators increased tenfold, and the treasury began to rapidly replenish.
But the authorities decided not to limit themselves to this either. Not so long ago, another innovation appeared concerning car owners. It is no longer possible to park vehicles at the gates of your own private house or plot. The car must be parked either inside the site or in a special parking lot.
So it turns out that city dwellers are indignant at the huge number of signs prohibiting stopping. And the villagers will now have to put up with innovations that do not allow parking cars near their own homes. For the first violation, a fine of 500 rubles is imposed, for a second violation - up to 5,000 rubles, etc.
This innovation has begun to operate so far only in the Ryazan and Moscow regions. But it will surely soon spread to other regions. Therefore, gentlemen and ladies, we are preparing for the next wave of fines. The authorities need to get money from somewhere. And we, ordinary Russians, will pay for it!
