How to install the disc correctly?
- Firstly: first you need to look at the lower washer on which the cutting disc is installed. It has an uneven surface that resembles a bubble.
If you put the disc into the tool inside with a pattern, then the metal ring will lie just on the pimpled protrusions. When you grip the circle, the rough flange is firmly in contact with the metal ring for a secure grip. Even if the disc bites during operation, it will not turn.
- Secondly: discs for the grinder are produced in such a way that they reliably lay on the base of the grinder.
During the casting of the circles, sometimes slight bumps appear on them. This problem can be solved very simply. There is a threaded play on the tool clamping nut. With its help, all the irregularities of the circle are smoothed out, the fixation is reliable.
- Thirdly: I suggest looking at a flap disc. The drawings on it are inside, from the side of the metal ring. The conclusion suggests itself!
