1. For the presence of an illegal well at the site.
This applies to those wells for which there are no documents or certificates. You cannot even dig an ordinary well on your site if you do not have the appropriate "piece of paper". When visiting law enforcement agencies, you will have to pay a fine. Sometimes its size exceeds hundreds of thousands of rubles. Therefore, we must not forget about certificates!

For the first time, law enforcement officers will confine themselves to a warning. If you do not correct the situation, then the warning will be followed by monetary punishment.

If, for example, your dog breaks off the chain and digs a hole in a neighboring area, you will be to blame, and you will also be punished! Remember this! Moreover, the amount of monetary compensation will be determined by your neighbor, as the injured party.

4. Unauthorized buildings down with
Here the situation is similar with the well. If you decide to build something on the site, first obtain the appropriate permits, check the availability of all documents. If the building does not comply with regulations, be prepared to pay a fine.
For such "amateur performance" you will need to give order 3 - 6 thousand rubles. In addition, you will have to say goodbye to the building, i.e. demolish it.
5. Earth is earth
The law states that the land can only be used for its intended purpose. If you do not comply with this, you will have to pay an amount equal to 1% of the total cost of the site.
