- a bag of hot pepper;
- a couple of heads of garlic;
- a handful of cherry leaves.
Greens and spices are placed on the bottom of the barrel, then a layer of tomatoes, then again a layer of greens and so on to the top, alternating layers. Be sure to put seasonings at the end. Fill with brine, in which, for better fermentation, add a glass of sugar for every 4 kg of tomatoes. We put oppression on top and put it in a dark place until the brine ferments. Depending on the size of the fruit, the amount of herbs and spices, the minimum aging period is two weeks, the maximum is one and a half months.

- 3 kg of green tomatoes;

- a couple of large horseradish leaves;
- 3-4 leaves of bay leaves.
For brine, take 2 tablespoons of salt and a teaspoon of sugar per liter of water. Next, cut the tomatoes crosswise, put the rest of the ingredients in them, chop them finely in advance and mix well. Fill everything with hot, but not boiling brine. After 4-5 days, you can enjoy an unusually tasty and original snack.
