Today will be the main ingredient chicken. Some prefer it for a low calorie, other, on the contrary, "white" meat seems quite juicy. We decided to please and so, and others.
Ingredients:
· Chicken - 1 kg;
· Potatoes - 5 pcs;
· Tomatoes - 3 pcs;
· Milk - 200 ml;
· Onions - 2 pcs;
· 2 eggs;
· Cheese - 200 g;
· Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
· 3 garlic cloves;
· Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
· Foil for baking;
· Salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
1. Fillets should be cut into small pieces. After that, fill it with milk and put 1 hour in the refrigerator. This will make the marinade fillet soft and juicy.
2. The foil must be folded in several layers and to make of it molds with boards. Inside, lubricate them with oil and pass on baking sheet.
3. Potatoes clean and cut into slices. Place them on the bottom of the molds, add salt and pepper.
4. Then do the same with the onions.
5. Laid on top of breast, which should add salt and pepper.
6. Whisk egg with sour cream and pour the resulting mixture breast.
7. The next layer: diced tomatoes into slices and their pritrusite crushed garlic and grated cheese.
8. Oven reheated to 180 degrees. The dish must bake for 40 minutes.
