Wheeled discs can lose their appearance. When operating a car in winter, rust often appears on them. Accordingly, they require painting, which can be done in a simple and quick way. In this case, you do not need to remove the rubber from the disc, you do not need to glue it over with tape and newspaper either.
Initially, it is required to remove the disks from the car - all together or in turn, as it is convenient for anyone. With the help of sandpaper, irregularities and traces of corrosion are removed. It is required to clean everything as thoroughly as possible. So that there is no rust left. Ideally, medium grade sandpaper (400-600) is suitable. But you can first process the disc surface with coarse sandpaper (150-200), and then again, with medium and finally fine (1000).
After the surface is clean and even, it must be degreased. For this purpose, you will need gasoline, thinner or special composition. Degreasing liquid is applied to a rag or piece of cloth, and then the surface to be prepared for painting is processed.
Now you need to take ordinary playing cards, which are inserted between the rubber and the disc itself. If this is problematic, it is enough to reduce the pressure in the tire (slightly deflate the wheel).
To close the nipple, an ordinary rubber glove is suitable, with which a finger is cut off and put on top of it. Enamel acts as a paint - it is sold in stores in cylinders specifically for such purposes. All discs take at least two cans - depending on how many layers the paint will be applied. If there are many layers, it is better to buy three cylinders at once.
The paint is applied in the right-to-left direction and vice versa. It is important not to linger in one area for a long time, otherwise drips may appear. During the painting process, it is not recommended to raise the container with paint very high, then the latter will fall on the tires.

Once completed, the cards can be removed immediately and the discs must be left to dry for at least an hour. Instead of cards, store brochures or any high-density paper scraps will do. Despite the fact that you will need fewer of them, it is still easier with cards. Nothing complicated - fast, cheap, high quality.
