Very few people know that you can get to the Cosmonautics and Aviation pavilion at VDNKh not for 500 rubles, but free of charge. You can also get into the Buran model for free, and not for 300 rubles.

How to get to the Space pavilion and the Buran model for free

Several years ago, the Cosmos pavilion was repaired and again turned into a museum of cosmonautics. The entrance ticket to the pavilion costs 500 rubles (400 rubles if paid with a Mir card). But there are "happy hours" when you can get to the pavilion completely free of charge - from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00.

At the same time, you can get into the model of the spaceship Buran for free (it stands on the street on the left a little short of the "Cosmos"), and usually the entrance to it costs 300 rubles. In addition, you can get to Buran free of charge every third Sunday of the month from 11:00 to 20:00.

For two years now I wanted to get into Space, but I didn’t specially go to VDNKh for this in the morning on a weekday. I wanted to, but then the opportunity presented itself - on Friday, after I passed the examination in the Healthy Moscow (

I looked at the Mir station.

I saw what the Glonass satellite looks like.

I looked at the world's smallest satellite, 10x10x10 cm in size.

And of course the Robot Fedor (find me in this photo). :)

If you find yourself at VDNKh on a weekday morning, except Monday, go to Kosmos and Buran. It's worth seeing, especially for free. :)

P.S. For some reason, the main entrance to the Cosmos was closed and you need to enter it from behind, bypassing the entire long pavilion from either side.
