Designers Ekaterina Svanidze Ekaterina Lyubarskaya from the studio DVEKATI issued a euro-apartment of 48 m². The clients - an adult married couple - bought the apartment as an investment. The interior turned out to be modern: with bright accents and thoughtful functionality.

  • total area: 48 m²
  • A place: Moscow, Izmailovo
  • House type: reconstructed office building from the 1960s
  • Ceiling height: 3.4 m
  • Number of rooms: euro two
  • Budget: 12 million rubles
  • Who lives here: bought as an investment
  • Architectural studio:DVEKATI

Layout

The layout was made non-standard - the kitchen was packed into a box in the corridor, and the bathroom was moved to the windows, there are five of them in the apartment. The room has the status of an apartment, so there were no difficulties with the approval. Only one load-bearing wall and a beam on the ceiling have been preserved from the original layout.

Living room

Liquid wallpaper and concrete plaster were used to decorate the walls in the living room. The space of the room was divided into two parts - a recreation area and a dining room. The border between them was marked with a red table, which can be used as a bar counter.

A corner bench with storage compartments in the dining group became a non-standard solution. The main attraction in this area is the silhouette of the dining table pedestal.

Kitchen

The entire set with appliances was placed in a furniture cube. We saw a similar solution in another project of the studio DVEKATI. The facades of the kitchen cabinets, like the main body of the furniture structure, have a caramel shade. You can also notice the green elements - the body of the open cabinet above the oven and the facade of one of the wall cabinets. A large box under the ceiling hides the duct air conditioning system.

Bedroom

The partition separating the bedroom from the living room is a continuation of one of the sides of the kitchen box. A sliding door was built into the furniture structure.

The section of the wall behind the head of the bed was sheathed with tuff - a rock with a pronounced porous structure: this is how the authors made a reference to the exteriors of Soviet houses. The headboard itself has become a bright accent in this area - its unusual shape and pattern on the fabric.

Hallway

To create an accent on the walls in the hallway, as well as in the bedroom, tuff was used. The main storage system is located here, built along one of the walls. The facades have repeated the same caramel and green ones that can be seen in the kitchen. Another striking accent was the blue door leading to the bathroom.

Bathrooms

The apartment has two bathrooms - one is equipped with a bath and shower, the other has only sanitary ware and a small sink. For the decoration of both rooms, several types of fine porcelain stoneware were used, including an accent yellow color. They were faced with the installation box, the console in the guest bathroom and the floor in the shower area.
