Hospitals and schools are built on taxes, the army is maintained, salaries are paid to state employees - doctors, teachers, the military, and so on according to the list. This is understandable and although I have sad feelings at the time of paying bills, I understand the need for this action. However, there are some taxes, the existence of which raises questions for me.
Especially many different fines are imposed on motorists, in particular for parking in the wrong place. Many of the happiest car owners have faced restrictions that, in their opinion, are completely absurd.
1. Speed limit.
The authorities, taking care of the lives of pedestrians and motorists, have installed signs on country roads with speed limits of up to 50 km / h.
Corresponding video recorders appeared there, the result of which was an increase in the number of fines tenfold. The treasury began to replenish, but the wallets of car owners lost weight.
2. Parking.
If we look at the history of the issue, we must remember the time when the first paid parking lots began to appear on the streets of cities in the country. Government officials who promoted this initiative argued that the presence of such parking lots would relieve the situation with cars that "spent the night" anywhere, and everyone would be better.
I meant the creation of parking lots near supermarkets, markets and other shopping establishments. However, over time, parking lots began to multiply, penetrated into sleeping areas and the situation worsened again.
And now the last innovation has arrived. Now it is prohibited to park cars in villages at the gates of your own house, as well as your plot. You can park your car only in the parking lot or inside the site. The penalty for a violation for the first time will be 500 rubles, and for repeated violations - ten times more.
So far, this rule works only in two regions - Moscow and Ryazan, but there is a deep conviction that very soon it will spread to the whole country.
