7 tube Soviet buses that became legends of their time

After the Second World War, the machine-building industry of the Soviet Union was seriously concerned about the problem of automobilization of the country. Along with the idea of the need to create the first "people's" car, there was also a need to create new cars that could be used as public transport. Bus production in the USSR was developed especially widely.

The release of the bus for 41 seats began in 1979 and lasted only 3 years until 1981, until it was replaced by a more advanced model. However, for some time LAZ-699 was produced even after the collapse of the USSR. A total of 35,256 such buses were assembled in 2004.
